We offer a wide range of classes. During our classes, we challenge you to go further than you thought you could.
We offer CrossFit, Gymnastic Skills, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Endurance and HIIT training.
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting, athletics, and gymnastics. During a CrossFit training at CrossFit Strijp, you will perform functional movements in a varied way at a high intensity. The philosophy behind CrossFit is not to specialize in one specific sport because this would lead to a one-sided physical development. CrossFit can be used to reach any goal. From improved health, to weight loss, to better performance. The CrossFit Strijp program works for everyone. CrossFit WOD’s are different every day and can be adjusted when needed to help each athlete reach their goal(s).
With the powerlifting training, you focus on mastering the technique of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Powerlifting is one of the most practiced strength sports in the world. It is an individual sport, where self-improvement is central. These movements come up a lot during the CrossFit WODs, but we don’t always have extensive time to dwell on the technique.
If you want to get better at your squat, bench press, and/or deadlift, you can take powerlifting classes. The focus here is on technology and it is accessible to everyone. The program can be adapted to everyone’s level. Everyone is welcome!
