Competition Training (CFS) at CrossFit Strijp

When you check the weekly (CrossFit) agenda at CrossFit Strijp you might have noticed the competition training (CFS). Did you ask yourself; is this something for me? That is a solid question because you wonder how this training fits you.

How differs the CFS training from the daily WODs?

The WODs (workout of the day) are all-level-trainings with a constantly varied and functional program. It will set the right base for all our athletes at CrossFit Strijp. In the CFS trainings you will focus on taking the next step. The next step in improving your technique of difficult skills, the next step in building strength, the next step in lifting weights, the next step in your conditioning, the final step towards competition.
