Join us for a special 90-minute yoga experience that will comprise of 3 parts each led by our yoga coaches Kavita, Robin and Sterre.
Part 1. 21 sun salutations (Kavita)
Kickstart your body and mind with 21 rounds of sun salutations (surya namaskar) – A dynamic and energising sequence designed to build strength, flexibility and focus. guided by breath, this moving flow helps you develop endurance while calming your thoughts.
Part 2. Slow, mindfull stretches (Sterre)
Once the body is warm and the mind centered, we’ll slow things down with a series of relaxing stretches that release tension from the entire body, leaving you feeling lighter, freeer and deeply at ease.
Part 3. Guided savasana (Robin)
We’ll end with a long, restorative savasana, giving your nervous system a well-deserved reset and allowing the body to fully integrate the practice.
