I followed an 8-week personal training program at EindhovenGym, as an addition to my regular CrossFit program here. The program was created specifically for my personal goal (strength increase for better CrossFit performance) and included a mix of traditional strength and strongman exercises, which resulted in a versatile weekly workout. The personal training sessions made me stronger, but more importantly; they have helped me feel comfortable finding the true limit of my strength level. The coaches know how to push your limits, while ensuring an amicable atmosphere. Highly recommended!
